Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from within the United States.

How long will delivery take?
  • Standard Ground Shipping: 5–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $39.99. Orders under $39.99 incur a $5.99 shipping fee.
Which carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics.

Products & Use

Are your products suitable for puppies?
Yes. Both our washable pee pads and foldable playpens are designed with puppy training in mind, as well as indoor use and everyday supervision.
Can the washable pee pads be machine washed?
Yes. Our pee pads are fully machine washable and reusable. For best results, follow the care instructions included with your product.
Are the products safe for indoor use?
Absolutely. Our products are designed for indoor environments and made with durable, pet-friendly materials intended for everyday home use.
Are your products easy to clean?
Yes. Our washable pee pads are designed for repeated washing, and our playpens can be wiped down or rinsed as needed and air-dried.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and free of pet hair, stains, or odors.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
