Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Loobani is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
