The media could not be loaded. It took awhile for my cats to understand what they need to do but they finally got it. My only problem with this product is the water falling noise and it doesn't do it all the time. And it will only do it if you have the flower attached. Besides that I think it's a great product that also gives your cat or dog fresh filtered water.

I've only ever had one other water fountain for my cats in the past, it was a cheap one from Walmart. I wanted to order a new one and I spent hours looking at reviews on here of different fountains. I found that this one is the best for its price, as it also comes with 3 filter cartridges, some little brushes to help with cleaning, and a non slip silicone mat for it to sit on. After I assembled it (which was a very easy process) I rinsed it out and rinsed the filter cartridge, then filled the fountain and plugged it in! I love the light that shows the water level, and the flower at the top is so cute. It is completely silent as well, and the stainless steal top helps keep everything clean. This filter also has a replacement pump that can be bought seperately on here, incase the one it comes with breaks at any point. I would definitely recommend going with this fountain if you're on a budget!!

This review is WAY overdue. Both the product and the company are simply wonderful. My Sophie is one of those cats who jumps up on the sink and beckons you to turn on the water so that she can drink from the stream running from the faucet. At first we thought it was so cute that we indulged her, but then it became a habit we could not break. I’m quite sure many of you cat lovers out there can relate! Enter The Wonder Creature Fountain! Although a bit skeptical that Sophie would give up the sink ritual, we thought we’d give it a try. The fountain was super easy to set up, quiet as a mouse (LOL) and very cute to boot. Gingerly, Sophie approached and sniffed, walked away and then came back. The next thing we knew she was lapping up the water steaming from the daisy at the top. Needless to say we all fell in love with this ingenious product. But with Wonder Creature, there is even more to love. This is a company that stands firmly behind their products and genuinely cares about their customers. We had a problem with the unit on a Saturday night and worried that Sophie would be in distress if she could not use her fountain. I e-mailed the company in hopes that I would hear from them on Monday, but was taken by surprise when I received a replay on Sunday morning with a simple solution to my problem. In no time we were up and running again. If I could give Wonder Creature 10 stars I would. Give this fountain a try, you and your fur babies will so glad you did!

If I had only know how much I would love this water bowl, I would have ordered it a long time ago. It’s super quiet and so easy to clean. The lower the water level gets the more noise you hear, but not from the motor. It’s coming from the water passing through the filter and dripping back into the reservoir. Sounds like a trickling stream. About halfway through the week I have to pour some water in the top to fill back up and then clean it weekly. It has not been slimy at all. Even the motor in the reservoir has been clean. Love, love love it!

I have a cat who is "too good" to drink water from a bowl like any other normal pet. Oh no, CleoCatra is a queen and therefore requires water directly from the tap and will scream at me until she gets it no matter what time it is. If she hears me pour water into a cup, she comes running, demanding to have a drink. She will drink from a bowl only if I dump it and fill it in front of her, and even that has a 50/50 chance of her turning her nose up at it. Shortly after I first got her I bought a cat water fountain and she used it. Eventually it broke and I never bothered to replace it because eff that spoiled a** cat, right? Wrong. I haven't had a moment of peace since. If I got up in the middle of the night, or if she sensed I was awake, she'd just start meowing.I finally broke down and ordered her a new fountain for the furry b**** that rules my life....and you guys....I haven't heard a peep out of her in twelve hours. TWELVE! She's also been supremely affectionate since I set it up. I was able to get out of bed without being meowed at and aggressively followed to the kitchen and glared at. I FINALLY had a cup of coffee in peace.So anyway, if any of you also have a demanding four-legged creature that would never deign to drink from a bowl, buy this. 10/10 do recommend.It was super easy to assemble, the only thing I used the instruction manual for was to determine on which side the filter needed to face up. I had it out of the box, washed, and assembled in less than 10 minutes. As for noise? There's none. No splashing with the exception of what resulted in her thoroughly inspecting and playing in it. It holds quite a bit of water and even has an indicator light to let you know when water is low.
