Non-Slip Adjustable Pet Bowls

This is a really nice raised bowl, and if you want your dish to be tilted, it is pretty handy. I am undecided if the tilt benefits my dog in any way or not. I like the light color of wood (matches my kitchen), but my last bowl set was the same color, so this wasn't a leap forward in my case.

My primary reason for buying this was for the ceramic bowls--I was concerned that my dog wasn't drinking enough water because her old bowls were metallic, and perhaps bothered her sense of taste (she is quite finicky about her water). While these have ceramic bowls (that seem well-made), the water bowl is only the same depth as the food bowl...add to that that it is tilted, and the amount of water you can put in it is SO small, that now my dog isn't drinking enough because I can't keep it filled! I feel like I can't win.

Looks nice. Simple and clean. Easy to wipe off, bowls are good size. Some small plastic bowls with lips fit in the holes as replacements. The tilt in the design is great, but the only downfall is that you can’t put in more than half of the water the bowl can hold, or it will spill out, so you may have to refill it if your pet drinks a lot. Food is fine though. Perfect for small dogs or cats.

Nice product. Sturdy but needs to be nonslip for hardwood floors. Easy fix with a trip to hardware store for silicone stick-on tabs. Super quick assembly. I really wish there was an option to not have the bowls at a tilt, however. This is due more to the flat bottoms of the bowls than anything. My cats keep scooping food out with their paws when it gets down to the part of the bowl where bottom meets the side. A sloping interior of the bowl rather than a flat bottom and sides would solve the problem. Now I’m having to move the bowls to the floor for them to finish eating; the very thing I wanted to avoid when I bought this! If I wanted bowls in the floor I would not have bought this in the first place. Made more for small dogs with a snout than for kitties, unfortunately. The bowl diameter is great for a cat, however. Looking for some proper cat bowls that will fit the stands now.

The platform is sturdy and was pretty quick to put together, it only took a few minutes to do it by myself, but if you plan on using any height setting above the first or second then look elsewhere. The bowls are ridiculously small. I can fit both side by side inside my dog's old water bowl with about a half inch to spare. If you have a dog that requires an elevated platform to avoid bloat then get something that they can actually eat out of, this is great for serving tiny amounts of food, not for meals.

I ordered two of them, one for my knee high, 50 pound, pit and one for my thigh high, 50 pound, pit/boxer mix. Let me start by saying, that the top piece's edge where there is glue holding the pieces together was separating already right out of the box. The stainless steel bowls that came with it were twice as small as the ones that I have NOW, and the wholes that where pre-cut were to small to fit the old bowls. The bowls honestly look like they were made for ANY TYPE OF SMALL DOG (CHIHUAHUA/SHITZU) OR CAT!!!!!!!!!!!
